 Overview
Almost as welcome as a box of cookies from home, a note everyday
from the family while you're away at camp is the next best thing
to a hug. Parents log into their personalized portal and send
"email" messages to their campers as often as they
like. Messages are paid for in blocks to save time and to encourage parents to send messages often.
Staff selects the new messages and prints them for distribution
to the campers. Each message to a camper has a privacy cover
sheet with your camp logo on it and all messages
are automatically sorted by camp or cabin for easy delivery.
The only cost to the camp is the cost of the paper to print
the messages on. Experience shows parents send an average of
8-10 messages to a camper during a two-week session.
Features:
- Parents prepay for e-messages in blocks: 10 messages for
$10; 20 messages for $15; etc with a credit card
- Parents can send a message to their own children, other campers
and the camp's staff and counselors
- Parents can review their message account balance and delivery
